Information on the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Stim Tech Group S.r.l. with registered office in Via Milano (MI), Via Valtellina, 20 (hereinafter, "DataController") as the data controller, informs you pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR") and Legislative Decree 101/2018 that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:
1. Object of Treatment
The Data Controller processes the personal data you have disclosed in connection with your participation in the event at the Group's offices.
2. Purpose of Processing.
Data are processed for the following purposes:
- Participation in the event(Art. 6(1)(e) GDPR):
The data provided will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing, managing and documenting the event (including video, audio recordings and images).
The storage period will be for a period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
- Upon specific and separate consent(Art.7 GDPR):
To send you marketing communications about future events, initiatives and activities of the Group, also in collaboration with other third party companies and/or other parties, by sending e-mails and newsletters.

3. Mode of Treatment
The processing of your personal data is carried out according to the operations present inArt. 4, paragraph 2 GDPR. Your data are subject to paper processing at the Group's headquarters located in Milan, Via Valtellina 20.
4. Data Access.
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes mentioned inArt. 2.A), 2.B) and 2.C):
- to employees and collaborators of the Controller, in their capacity as "persons authorized to process" and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
- to third-party companies or other entities, in their capacity as external data controllers or joint data controllers.

6. Rights of the data subject
As a Data Subject, you may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the right to:
(a) request confirmation of the existence or non-existence of their personal data;
(b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, when possible, the retention period;
(c) obtain rectification and deletion of data;
(d) obtain restriction of processing;
(e) obtain portability of data, i.e., receive them from a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
(g) object to automated decision-making related to natural persons, including profiling.
(h) to request from the data controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability;
(i) revoke consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
(j) file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
